Sam Triplett, Director of Human Resources for American Solutions for Business, was recently awarded the HR Legacy Award at the West Central Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) meeting in Alexandria, Minnesota. The Legacy Award is based on leadership, professionalism, integrity and continued involvement in the SHRM chapter.
Triplett joined American Solutions for Business in 1996 and has over 30 years of experience in the human resources field. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech/Communications from the University of Minnesota and serves on the Board of Directors for the West Central MN Healthcare Purchasing Alliance. She is a member of the State of Minnesota/Rural MN CEP (Concentrated Employment Program) Workforce Council, and is the Legislative Chair for the West Central Minnesota SHRM chapter.
Based in Glenwood, Minnesota, ASB is the industry-leading distributor of printing, promotions and enterprise-wide document management solutions with over 500 sales associates and 96,000 clients. The company lists its annual sales at $260 million for 2008.
