Glenwood, Minn. On May 1, 2005 the merger between American Solutions for Business (ASB) and Health Print, Ltd. becomes effective.
Health Print, Ltd. based in Amarillo, Texas, was founded in 1988 by Charlie Graham as a health care focused distributorship and reports a sales volume of more than $8 million. The company’s 32 employees have seen a seamless transition into the ASB Team over the past few months.
“We welcome the Health Print personnel to our team here at American. This merger will continue to make American stronger and give us a more significant presence in our industry,” said Larry Zavadil, founder and president of American Solutions for Business.
ASB was founded in 1981, is a major distributor of business related items including, but not limited to, business documents, mailing systems, technology, packaging, office supplies, and promotional products. The company is headquartered in Glenwood, Minnesota and has a national sales force of over 500 and a staff of 295 individuals and reports annual sales of over $231 million. Sales and distribution occur in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada.
